从古至今,以方格网的方法构筑城市空间结构和布局所形成的方格网城市是城市形态的一种基本模式。格网城市在世界各大文明圈的城市中都能寻找到原型,具有相当的普遍性。本文拟从凯文·林奇定义的对城市空间形态性能进行评价的五个基本指标入手,分析方格网城市形态存在的内在原因、合理性、灵活性和适应性,以期对我国当前的城市建设有一定的借鉴作用。  相似文献

采用传统铸造方法制备Mg-Zn-Y合金,基于典型的含二十面体准晶相的Mg93Zn6Y1合金,研究了铸态Mg-Zn-Y合金的枝晶形貌与其阻尼性能的关系。通过控制浇注温度,搅拌速度和搅拌时间,获得不同参数下的合金的枝晶形貌。结果表明,铸态Mg93Zn6Y1的显微组织主要由α-Mg树枝状晶体和二十面体准晶相组成。搅拌后,初始α-Mg树枝状晶体逐渐具有分形特征,且其尺寸变化,从而影响合金的阻尼能力。本文详细讨论了这一机制。  相似文献

Advances in the understanding of brain functions are closely linked to the technical developments in microscopy. In this study, we describe a correlative microscopy technique that offers a possibility of combining two‐photon in vivo imaging with focus ion beam/scanning electron microscope (FIB/SEM) techniques. Long‐term two‐photon in vivo imaging allows the visualization of functional interactions within the brain of a living organism over the time, and therefore, is emerging as a new tool for studying the dynamics of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease. However, light microscopy has important limitations in revealing alterations occurring at the synaptic level and when this is required, electron microscopy is mandatory. FIB/SEM microscopy is a novel tool for three‐dimensional high‐resolution reconstructions, since it acquires automated serial images at ultrastructural level. Using FIB/SEM imaging, we observed, at 10 nm isotropic resolution, the same dendrites that were imaged in vivo over 9 days. Thus, we analyzed their ultrastructure and monitored the dynamics of the neuropil around them. We found that stable spines (present during the 9 days of imaging) formed typical asymmetric contacts with axons, whereas transient spines (present only during one day of imaging) did not form a synaptic contact. Our data suggest that the morphological classification that was assigned to a dendritic spine according to the in vivo images did not fit with its ultrastructural morphology. The correlative technique described herein is likely to open opportunities for unravelling the earlier unrecognized complexity of the nervous system.  相似文献

In this work we present the thermal characterization of the full scope of polyhydroxyalcanoate and poly(lactic acid) blends obtain by injection molding. Blends of polyhydroxyalcanoate and poly(lactic acid) (PHA/PLA) were prepared in different compositions ranging from 0–100% in steps of 10%. The blends were injection molded and then characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). The increment of PHA fraction increased the degree of crystallinity of the blend and the miscibility of the base polymers as verified by the Fox model. The WAXD analysis indicates that the presence of PHA hindered the PLA crystallization. The crystallization evolution trough PHA weight fraction (wf) shows a phase inversion around 50-60%. SEM analyses confirmed that the miscibility of PHA/PLA blends increased with the incorporation of PHA and became total for values of PHA higher that 50%.  相似文献

车牌定位是实现车牌自动识别的前提.在传统的基于RGB彩色空间的形态学定位方法的基础上进行改进,提出了一种HSV彩色空间和图像形态学处理相结合的车牌定位方法.在HSV彩色空间中将车牌图像分割为H,S,V这3个单通道灰度图像,分别进行去噪和二值化处理,然后将这3幅二值图像做“与”运算得到一幅能有效去除背景干扰的二值图像,再运用形态学的闭运算和开运算进行处理,得到车牌候选区域,最后利用车牌宽高比属性进行验证以确定真实的车牌位置.实验结果表明,该方法相对传统方法实现简单,车牌定位准确、高效.  相似文献

Inconel 718, a nickel-based superalloy, exhibits desirable properties over a wide temperature range, and it is widely used in industry. However, Inconel 718 is typically difficult to cut because of its strong work hardening, high temperature tensile strength, and shear strength. To improve the machinability of Inconel 718, this study proposes ultrasonic turning by applying elliptical vibration to the base plane. The principle and features of the ultrasonic elliptical vibration are discussed in detail. Experiments were conducted on a commercial ultrasonic cutting unit installed onto a commercial numerical control (NC) lathe; the cutting forces were found to be lower in the new method than in conventional turning (CT). Microchip particles were observed on both chip and work surface in CT but were almost absent on the surfaces prepared by ultrasonic elliptical vibration assisted turning (UEVT). Furthermore, the cutting tool used in CT developed built-up edge (BUE), and its flank wear became heavier; in contrast, negligible BUE and less flank wear were found on the cutting tool used in UEVT. The theoretical surface roughness of UEVT was calculated and it agreed much well with the measured surface roughness.  相似文献

This article reports on the comparative study of the fabrication of porous anodic alumina films by anodisation of the aluminium films on glass substrates which were deposited by direct current sputtering and electron beam evaporation methods. The relationship between surface morphology of the deposited aluminum films and porous anodic alumina films was investigated. A more uniform and ordered porous anodic alumina was obtained by fabricating from electron beam evaporation deposited aluminium film with smaller and compact grains. Two-step anodisation was used to further improve the quality of porous anodic alumina compared to one-step anodisation. The optical transmittance spectra within wavelength of 370–800 nm were obtained and the optical properties were studied.  相似文献

The extensive growth in most Chinese cities at the expense of local identities of living settlement. Taking the 60 residential neighborhoods in county-level cities of varied climate zones in China as examples, this paper explores their spatial–temporal changes and differences in morphology, based on 12 morphological indicators through Principal Component Analysis and correlation analysis by ArcGIS 10.2, SPSS 22, and Origin 2021. The results show that 1) the construction dating of the 60 sample neighborhoods conforms to the development of China’s housing reform; 2) the spatial morphology of residential neighborhoods in county-level cities of different climate zones could be charaterized by 5 factors, i.e. neighborhood shape, development intensity, neighborhood size, layout order, and aggregation degree; 3) the disparities in the spatial morphology of residential neighborhoods in the same climate zone in different period of time are mostly indicated with 3 morphological indicators, i.e. Building Density, Neighborhood Area, and Green Space Ratio; rather, the morphology of residential neighborhoods built during a same period of time varies largely between climate zones, mainly indicated with Green Space Ratio, Degree of Building Angle Disorder, and Degree of Building Distance Disorder; and 4) China’s housing policies, climatic conditions, residential building patterns, and the urbanization of each city together influence the spatial–temporal changes in the spatial morphology, offering references to policy making, planning, and construction to protect the regional characteristics in the future.  相似文献

Micro-cracks generated by hard body scratch are a major cause of strength decrease for silicate glass. The influence of normal scratch load on the cracking patterns and flexural strength of annealed glass (AG) and chemically strengthened glass (CSG) were studied. With the increase of the normal load, the load capacity of scratched AG specimens decreased to about 40 MPa at 20gf immediately. However, the residual strength of CSG decreased to a steady value of 145 MPa as the scratch load increased to 500gf. Then the effect of hydrofluoric acid (HF) etching on the surface morphology and mechanical properties of the 500gf scratched glass were investigated. After 8min (for CSG) and 16 min (for AG) acid treatment, the flexural strength of CSG and AG increased to a considerable value of 900 MPa, which is 3.6 and 5.5 times higher than the flexural strength of undamaged specimens. Microscopic observations show that the blunting and eliminating of median cracks as well as the formation of new surfaces are the main causes of strength enhancement.  相似文献

Mesoporous ZSM-5 with various morphologies loading cobalt were prepared and applied in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Smaller ZSM-5 particles showed higher intensity of strong acid sites resulting in higher cobalt-support interaction. The activity and CH4 selectivity were remarkably related with cobalt-support interaction over such acidic supports. Cobalt loaded on spindle mesoporous ZSM-5 exhibited the lowest activity and the highest CH4 selectivity due to the strongest cobalt-support interaction, but the highest activity was obtained over cubic mesoporous ZSM-5 with the lowest cobalt-support interaction originating from weaker acid sites. In addition, adjusting acid intensity and mesopore volumes could successfully tuned hydrocarbon distribution. Spherical ZSM-5 with hierarchical structure containing larger mesopore volumes and moderate acid intensity effectively promoted the production of C12-18 hydrocarbons. The highest C5-11 selectivity was observed over cobalt supported on hexagonal meso-ZSM-5 due to the enhancement in diffusion limitation over lower mesopore volumes and hydrocracking of primary hydrocarbons over higher Brønsted acid sites.  相似文献
